By creating an account, downloading the app, or using DailyHair, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be old enough to legally use the service where you live. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may register with email, Sign in with Apple, or Google where available.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You may not impersonate another person or access another user's account.
3. Service Description
DailyHair helps users log routines, track hair growth, store notes and photos, review consistency over time, and access premium features if subscribed. We may update, improve, or remove features from time to time.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, including profile details, notes, and photos. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, sync, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate the service for you.
- You must have the rights needed to upload any content you share.
- You may not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your logs, measurements, and notes.
5. Health and Results Disclaimer
DailyHair is an informational and habit-tracking tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not guarantee hair growth or health outcomes. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or dermatological concerns.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, trial offers, and feature access may vary by platform and plan.
- Subscriptions purchased in iOS are billed through your Apple ID account.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Where web billing is offered, payment processing may be handled by Stripe or related billing providers.
- We may use RevenueCat to manage cross-platform subscription status and entitlements.
Except where required by law or platform rules, fees are non-refundable once charged.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse DailyHair. This includes, without limitation:
- Reverse engineering, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Using bots, scraping tools, or automated systems that interfere with normal operation.
- Uploading malware, harmful code, or content that violates applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyHair is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DailyHair after revised Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
